Description
ON-688CD6S / ON-688CDD6S is suitable for pre-shipment needle detection in garment and textile products. It is used to check whether products contain broken needles or ferrous metal contaminants, especially in export inspection, brand quality control, and high-volume garment inspection environments. Compared with handheld inspection tools, a continuous needle detector is more suitable for conveyor-based mass inspection. The touchscreen interface and multilingual display support different operators on site, while automatic calibration every two hours is useful for long-running inspection processes.
