What is OSHIMA's standard warranty period?
OSHIMA products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment, subject to proof of purchase, product type, and applicable warranty terms.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions, provided the equipment is properly installed, operated, and maintained according to OSHIMA guidelines.
What is not covered under warranty?
Warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repair, non-original parts, improper operation, unsuitable environments, transportation damage, normal wear and tear, or force majeure events such as fire, flood, lightning, or earthquake.
How do I request warranty or repair service?
To request service, please provide the product model, serial number if available, proof of purchase, issue description, and preferably photos or videos to help our technical team evaluate the situation more efficiently.

Will OSHIMA repair or replace defective parts?
For eligible warranty claims, OSHIMA will determine the most appropriate solution based on technical evaluation, including repair, component replacement, or other suitable service arrangements.
Does warranty include on-site service?
On-site service availability depends on product type, installation location, service accessibility, and issue complexity. Remote support may be arranged first. Travel and labor charges may apply for on-site service when necessary.
Who pays for shipping during warranty service?
During the warranty period, customers are responsible for shipping the product to OSHIMA or the designated service center, while OSHIMA covers return shipping after repair or replacement, subject to regional arrangements.
Are replacement parts covered under warranty?
Original replacement parts supplied and approved by OSHIMA are covered according to applicable service terms. Consumables and normal wear parts are generally excluded unless otherwise specified.
Can products still be repaired after warranty expires?
Yes. Out-of-warranty products may still be serviced after evaluation. A quotation will be provided before repair, and related inspection, parts, labor, and transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
Can OSHIMA decline repair service?
OSHIMA reserves the right to decline repair requests in cases such as unavailable parts, severe damage beyond repair, unauthorized modification, or conditions that do not meet service safety requirements.
