Since 1971, OSHIMA has specialized in garment machinery manufacturing, growing from mechanical design and production into global market expansion and smart technology development. Built on decades of manufacturing experience, we continue to bring AI and data-driven solutions into practical factory applications.

 

1971 | The Beginning

  • Founded as Bou Yue Machinery Co., Ltd., OSHIMA entered the garment machinery industry with its first self-developed brand.
 

1990–1999 | Building a Global Foundation

  • 1990 | Established production operations in Guangzhou, China
  • 1992 | Introduced the OSHIMA brand
  • 1994 | Received CE Certification
  • 1999 | Achieved ISO 9001 Certification
 

2002–2018 | Expanding Across Asia

  • Established headquarters in Shanghai and expanded service operations into Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Bangladesh, strengthening regional support and local service capabilities.
 

2019–Present | Moving Toward Smart Manufacturing

  • 2019 | Established AI technology team
  • 2021 | Introduced first AI fabric inspection prototype
  • 2024 | Official launch of AI fabric inspection solutions
