Description

ON-RFID is an RFID reading system for garment production, inspection and shipment workflows where item-level product identification is required. RFID tags allow individual garments to be identified without relying only on manual recording or visual label checks.

When a tagged garment passes through the reader, its identity can be associated with production, inspection, inventory or shipment information according to the factory's data setup. This allows factories that require item-level records to retrieve the history or status of individual products more easily.

ON-RFID can be installed as a standalone data-reading point or connected, where required, with equipment such as ON-688CD6S / ON-688CDD6S needle detectors, ON-CM barcode readers, ON-5 sorting systems and OMW carton inspection equipment. The level of integration depends on the factory's existing production and data-management workflow.

RFID is particularly useful when the factory needs to track individual garments across multiple stages rather than managing information only by batch or carton.
