Description
OP-535 and OP-545 are used for pointed shirt collar pressing after collar trimming and turning. The machines help shape the collar point and prepare the collar for formal shirt production.
OP-535 is the semi-automatic model. The operator places the collar piece onto the mold, adjusts the piece manually, and controls the pressing process. OP-545 is the automatic model. After the operator places the collar piece onto the mold, the clamp holds the piece and completes the pressing process automatically.
Both models support one-stage or two-stage pressing depending on fabric type. A standard mold is included with the machine. If a specific collar size is required, the standard mold can be replaced with a custom mold based on the customer’s size.
