Description

OP-5881 / OP-5882 are pressing machines for flattening and setting sewn seams on shirt collars and sleeves. They are used after sewing, before the garment moves to later forming and finishing operations, so the stitched seam can be pressed into a cleaner and more controlled shape.

OP-5881 is a single-station model designed for shirt collar seams. OP-5882 uses a dual-station configuration for sleeve seam pressing, allowing the operator to prepare one part while the other station is being pressed.

Both models use automatic temperature control with an adjustable range up to 180°C. Two-hand activation is used during pressing for operator safety.

These machines are intended specifically for seam pressing after sewing. They serve a different purpose from collar-point shaping, collar-band forming or collar trimming machines used at other stages of shirt production.
