Developed and manufactured in Taiwan

Description

EagleAi® is an AI fabric inspection machine developed for garment and textile manufacturers to inspect fabric before spreading, cutting and downstream production. The system uses AI vision to detect and record fabric defects, helping reduce variation between operators and providing a more consistent inspection process.

Each inspected roll generates a visual defect map and detailed inspection report showing detected defect locations and fabric conditions. These records give production teams clearer information before the fabric moves into spreading, cutting or other downstream processes, while also providing a digital record for quality control and production management. ☞ Get free defect report now
