OC-83 is an advanced automatic edge alignment fabric inspection machine designed for garment factories, textile mills, and fabric warehouses that need fabric surface inspection, length confirmation, and edge alignment before cutting. Compared with the basic OC-5 series, OC-83 uses independent motor control for fabric unwinding, rewinding, and edge alignment, supporting more stable continuous operation across different fabric conditions. Its edge alignment mechanism is developed from fabric spreading system design to help maintain fabric edge position during inspection.

The standard OC-83 supports roll-to-roll and flat-to-roll operation for general pre-cutting fabric inspection. For factories requiring more flexible fabric input and output configurations, OC-83K supports roll-to-flat, flat-to-roll, and roll-to-roll workflows.
