Description

OC-5B / OC-5K / OC-5KB is a basic automatic edge alignment fabric inspection machine for knitted fabrics before cutting or later processing. It is suitable for fabric surface inspection, fabric length confirmation, and basic edge alignment. The machine can adjust roll tension according to fabric roll condition, supporting loose-roll and tight-roll operation needs. The distance between the fabric roll and the machine body can also be adjusted according to roll diameter, making it suitable for larger fabric rolls. This series uses a mechanical spiral rod edge alignment system, with lower edge alignment response and control performance than OC-83. It is more suitable for general knitted fabric inspection and basic edge alignment. If the factory needs to handle more fabric types or requires better unwinding, rewinding, and edge control, OC-83 is the recommended advanced model.
The main difference between OC-5B, OC-5K, and OC-5KB is the fabric output and handling method. OC-5B includes the feeding system and is suitable for basic inspection workflows that require fabric feeding. OC-5K includes the plaiting system and is suitable for workflows that require plaited fabric output. OC-5KB includes both feeding and plaiting systems, making it suitable for production sites that need both functions. The model can be selected based on downstream operation requirements and fabric output method.
