Description
OP-2677 / OP-2666 / OP-2666II / OP-2699 are rotary dual-station pressing machines for different seam areas in shirt production. By using dedicated molds, the same machine structure can be configured for waist and sleeve seams, shoulder and back seams, sleeve caps, cuffs and other shirt seam sections.
The dual-station rotary layout allows the operator to prepare one garment part while the other station is being pressed. The lower mold includes vacuum holding to help position the fabric, while pressing temperature and pressure can be adjusted according to the material and seam area. Two-hand activation is used after the garment part has been positioned.
Each model is intended for a different application. OP-2677 is used for shirt waist and sleeve seams, OP-2666 / OP-2666II for shoulder and back seams, and OP-2699 for sleeve-cap pressing. Production capacity varies according to the model, mold and operating conditions.
Compared with a machine dedicated to one specific shirt area, this series is suitable for factories that need different seam-pressing configurations within the same production setup.
