Description

OP-699 is a shirt seam pressing machine for shoulder and armhole areas before the sleeve and body are fully assembled. It is used to press seam areas and sections where interlining strips are applied, preparing the garment part before the next sewing operation.

The machine uses pneumatic pressure to apply even pressing across the shaped mold. A vacuum function in the lower mold helps hold the garment part in position, while automatic temperature control and forced cooling are used to manage the pressing and setting process.

OP-699 has a production capacity of approximately 180–230 pieces per hour. It is specifically intended for armhole and shoulder-area preparation, while other OSHIMA shirt pressing machines are available for back yokes, side seams, sleeve seams and other shirt sections.
