OP-118-01S is designed for seamless hemming, sealing, and binding processes on elastic garment parts and functional apparel. As the advanced version of OP-114, the machine combines hemming and pressing functions in one unit without requiring an additional fusing machine. It is especially suitable for underwear underband production and can also be used for straight binding, sportswear hemming, seamless pants, swimwear, cycling wear, outdoor jackets, and other functional garment applications. The machine supports double-sided adhesive application for elastic bands and stretch yarns. Four upper and lower heating systems provide controlled heating during bonding. Upper and lower belt pressure and speed can be adjusted according to fabric type, adhesive tape material, and processing requirements, while 10 operation settings can be stored for repeated production.
