OP-114 is designed for seamless hemming and binding applications on women’s underwear, shirts, and functional apparel such as cycling wear, outdoor jackets, swimwear, and sportswear. The machine is equipped with four upper and lower independent heating systems, allowing heat conditions to be adjusted according to fabric and adhesive tape requirements. The upper and lower b lowing functions, belt pressure, and belt speed can also be adjusted for different hemming and bonding conditions. The digital display and 5.7-inch touchscreen interface make parameter setting more direct. Up to 10 operation parameters can be stored for repeated production. For applications that require integrated hemming and pressing, OP-118-01S is available as the upgraded model.
