Description
OP-600SPII / OP-900SPII is designed for continuous fusing and heat-setting of roll-fed woven tapes, narrow strip components, and strip-shaped materials. This is a customized model mainly used for secondary surface transfer on strip-shaped materials. Multiple guide blocks are installed at the entrance to position and guide several narrow strips before fusing. The machine uses two-stage pressure and two-zone heating. It is equipped with exhaust cooling, water cooling, automatic belt correction, and automatic cooling shutdown for long production runs.
