Description
OP-60LN / OP-60LNII is a continuous fusing machine designed for shirt production and general garment interlining applications. With a 600 mm fusing width, the series is suitable for collars, cuffs and other garment parts that require continuous heat-and-pressure bonding during production.
The machine provides pressure up to 5 kg and uses an independent two-zone heating system. Temperature can be adjusted up to 200°C, while fusing time can be set from 5 to 34 seconds according to the fabric, interlining and adhesive requirements.
A Teflon cord-edge belt with forced track correction and an automatic belt correction device helps maintain stable belt tracking during continuous operation. The built-in monitoring system allows operators to monitor heating, pressure and machine status, while the exhaust cooling system helps cool and set fused garment parts before collection.
OP-60LN uses a single-stage pressure system, while OP-60LNII uses a dual-stage pressure system for production requiring a different pressure configuration.
