Description
The OP-600SP / OP-900SP continuous fusing machine is designed for continuously bonding interlining to shirt components such as collars, cuffs, plackets and garment panels. The machine uses a PTFE seamless fusing belt with a motor-driven correction system to support stable belt movement during continuous operation. The two-stage pressure system applies pressure in separate stages, helping maintain more controlled contact between the fabric and interlining during continuous fusing. The heating system uses an independent three-zone design with 12 heating tubes, allowing temperature adjustment based on different fabrics, interlining materials, and production conditions. The built-in monitoring system helps operators check heating, pressure, and machine status, while the exhaust cooling system supports cooling after fusing. The standard configuration includes a seamless belt, motor-driven correction, upper rotary separator, and lower scraper separation. Optional items include dual scraper separation, lower scraper with upper rotary separator, extended conveyor, and feeding / collecting rack.
