Description
OP-115 is designed for curved garment parts and large-radius taping applications. The machine is suitable for seamless underwear, bras, no-show socks, and other garment parts that require curved tape bonding. Its built-in cutter helps trim excess threads and edges during operation, making it suitable for seamless products that require a clean finished appearance. The machine is equipped with four independently adjustable heating systems and four independently adjustable blowing systems. Upper and lower roller pressure and speed can be adjusted according to fabric type, tape material, and processing conditions. The touchscreen interface and digital display allow operators to set and monitor parameters, with 10 operation settings available for repeated production.
