Description

F2 Dual-Flow is a fabric spreading machine developed for automotive interior and technical-material applications. It can handle roll-fed woven fabrics, nonwovens, foam and multilayer materials used for headliners, interior liners and other components before cutting or forming.

These materials can require different handling from conventional garment fabrics. Foam, nonwoven and laminated structures may be thicker or more sensitive to pulling during feeding. The F2 uses a feed-down structure and dual-roller feeding system to move material from the roll to the spreading table with reduced tension, while automatic edge alignment helps maintain material position during spreading.

The Dual-Flow configuration can carry two rolls, with each roll supporting up to 30 kg. Two working widths are available: F2 Dual-Flow-190R2 for material widths up to 1900 mm and F2 Dual-Flow-210R2 for widths up to 2100 mm.

F2 is therefore positioned differently from general-purpose knit and woven garment spreaders. It is intended for automotive interiors, nonwovens, foam and technical composite materials where controlled feeding and material handling are important before cutting.
