Description
OneCut is a low-ply automatic cutting machine designed for product development, sampling and small-batch production. It is suitable for fabric, leather, technical textiles and composite materials, with applications ranging from automotive interiors and upholstered furniture to garment development and other technical-material cutting.
The modular cutting system allows tools to be changed according to the material and application. Automatic nesting, cutting and calibration support a more integrated digital cutting workflow, while fixed-table and conveyor-table configurations are available for different production setups.
OneCut is available with cutting areas of 1600 × 2500 mm or 1900 × 2500 mm, with a maximum compressed cutting thickness of 30 mm, cutting speeds up to 1300 mm/s, and cutting accuracy of 0.2 mm.
The system also supports data input, output, storage and custom forms, and can connect with MES and ERP systems. A conveyor worktable, projector and projector stand are available as optional configurations for different cutting and material-handling requirements.
