Description

M8S is a high-ply automatic cutting machine for thick fabrics, multilayer lays and dense textile materials. It is designed for production environments that require continuous cutting of denim, heavy woven fabrics, composite materials and other high-load applications.

After compression, the machine can cut lays up to approximately 80 mm high. The knife operates at speeds up to 6,000 RPM, while an upgraded knife-cooling system supports longer cutting cycles under heavier cutting conditions. Continuous cutting allows material to move through the cutting process without stopping the entire workflow between sections.

Compared with low-ply cutting, high-ply production places greater demands on knife penetration, cooling, material compression and mechanical stability. M8S is therefore positioned for factories where production volume and lay height require heavier cutting capacity rather than single- or low-layer precision cutting.

The system also supports PDF data output, production records and report generation, with optional data connectivity according to the factory's production setup.
