Our wheel sorter work continuously regardless of weather, time or tiredness to maximize efficiency, and can sort up to 3,000 items per hour, compared to a maximum of 120-150 items per hour with manual sorting. It is suitable for garment factories and general logistics distribution centers for all kinds of soft packaging, cartons and parcels. The system is a modular structure, which can be flexibly used between conveyors and conveyors to control the direction of products by using different angles of the balance wheel. It is equipped with OSHIMA needle detector and packaging machine to complete the line of quality control and shipment management.
