Description
OSZ-K02 is an automatic carton erector for packaging lines that use the same carton size for continuous production runs. Before products reach the packing station, the machine automatically opens and forms flat cartons, folds the bottom flaps and seals the carton bottom.
The machine can prepare approximately 10 cartons per minute and handles carton sizes from 400–800 mm in length, 300–600 mm in width and 200–600 mm in height. Once the required carton size has been set, it is suited to repeated carton preparation without manual opening and bottom taping for every box.
OSZ-K02 can be used as a standalone carton-preparation machine or installed before garment folding and bagging, manual or automatic carton packing, and downstream carton sealing.
This model is most suitable when a production run continues with one carton size for a period of time. Factories that change carton dimensions frequently should instead consider equipment designed to accommodate random or automatically changing carton sizes.
