Description

The OSHIMA LSS Series is a vertical oil-fired steam boiler designed for factories that require a compact steam supply system. The series covers steam capacities from 200 to 2,000 kg/h and rated steam pressures from 0.7 to 1.0 MPa.

Its vertical internal-combustion structure uses vertically arranged water tubes to transfer heat and generate steam while keeping the installation footprint relatively compact. The boiler is designed for rapid cold start and fast temperature and pressure recovery when steam demand resumes or changes during production.

Automatic pressure, temperature and water-level control support daily operation, while the boiler body is pre-assembled before delivery to reduce on-site installation work. Depending on the selected model and configuration, the LSS Series can operate with light oil or heavy oil.
