OX-400 / OX-600 is an X-ray inspection machine designed for garments, textiles, accessories, toys and other non-food products that require internal foreign object inspection. X-ray imaging allows hidden contaminants inside finished or semi-finished products to be inspected without opening or damaging the product.

The system can detect foreign objects including metal, glass, stone, high-density rubber and selected plastics. This makes X-ray inspection suitable when the inspection requirement extends beyond broken sewing needles or ferrous metal contamination alone.

AI-assisted image processing helps provide clearer inspection images, while the 21.5-inch touchscreen interface allows operators to select and manage inspection settings. More than 1,000 product settings can be stored for production lines handling different garments, textile products, accessories or toys.

Conveyor speed is adjustable from 10 to 60 m/min. When an abnormal product is detected, the system can trigger an alarm and stop the conveyor or use different rejection methods depending on the selected model and configuration. The modular structure supports cleaning and maintenance, while 4G / Wi-Fi connectivity allows remote equipment monitoring and diagnosis.

OX-400 provides a 400 × 150 mm inspection channel, while OX-600 provides a larger 600 × 300 mm channel. The appropriate model can be selected according to product dimensions and inspection-line requirements.
