Description
OX-400 / OX-600 is designed for textile, toy, accessory, and non-food production lines that require internal foreign object inspection. It uses X-ray imaging to detect hidden contaminants such as metal, glass, stone, high-density rubber, and selected plastics inside products. The system combines AI-assisted image processing with a 21.5-inch touchscreen interface and stores over 1,000 product settings for different inspection requirements. For production lines handling multiple product types, operators can switch between saved inspection parameters without rebuilding settings from the beginning. The machine supports multiple rejection methods for removing defective products from the line. Its modular structure supports cleaning and maintenance access, while 4G and Wi-Fi remote connection allow equipment monitoring and diagnostic support when needed.
