Description
OP-118-22B is designed for ultrasonic cutting, edge sealing, and bonding in seamless garment production, especially for elastic fabrics containing synthetic fibers. The machine is suitable for underwear, T-shirts, sportswear, and other seamless apparel applications. It can handle both straight and curved cutting requirements, making it suitable for garment parts with different shapes and design lines. The ultrasonic system supports 20 kHz, 28 kHz, and 35 kHz frequency options. Interchangeable tools can be used to create different patterns or edge effects. For thicker fabrics, OP-702 hot air equipment is recommended as a supporting process to improve edge bonding strength.
