CW-150 / 220 / 300 is suitable for food packaging lines where product weight needs to be checked against a set range. It is commonly used after packaging and before labeling, cartoning, or shipment. For food production lines that need to control net weight, avoid underweight products, or reduce overfilling, the checkweigher can serve as the weight confirmation point in the production and packaging process. Food-contact materials comply with EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, and FDA-related requirements, making the machine suitable for food processing and packaging environments. This series can be equipped with an optional scanner and automatic inkjet coder. The scanner can be used to read barcodes or product data, while the inkjet coder can mark date, batch number, expiry date, or traceability code.
