OX-400 / OX-600 is a food X-ray inspection machine designed to detect hidden foreign objects inside food and pharmaceutical products. The system can be installed before or after packaging according to the production process, allowing internal contaminants to be inspected without opening or damaging the product.

The system can detect metal, glass, stone, bone, high-density rubber and selected plastics. Actual detection performance depends on contaminant density, size and position as well as product material, thickness, packaging and inspection conditions. Testing with the actual product and target contaminants is recommended when determining the final configuration.

GPU image processing provides a real-time inspection display, while the self-learning algorithm supports setup for different product conditions. A 21.5-inch touchscreen stores more than 1,000 product settings, helping production lines handle multiple products and frequent changeovers.

The machine uses a 304 stainless steel structure with an IP65-rated conveyor area. Conveyor speed is adjustable from 10 to 60 m/min, while abnormal products can be handled through alarm stop or optional rejection systems depending on the selected model and configuration. 4G / Wi-Fi connectivity supports remote equipment operation and diagnosis.

OX-400 provides a 400 × 150 mm inspection channel, while OX-600 provides a larger 600 × 300 mm channel. The appropriate model can be selected according to product dimensions, inspection requirements and production-line layout.
