T5 is a fabric spreading machine designed specifically for cotton tubular knit fabrics used in T-shirts, underwear, sportswear and other garments made from tubular materials.

Unlike open-width fabric, tubular knit fabric remains in a continuous tube structure. During spreading, the material needs to be handled with controlled tension while minimizing twisting before cutting. T5 is designed to keep tubular fabric aligned and evenly layered during spreading, with adjustable tension according to the fabric condition.

The machine uses zigzag face-to-face spreading and is available in two sizes. T5-100 handles tubular fabric widths from approximately 330 to 1000 mm, while T5-120 extends the maximum width to 1200 mm. Both models support fabric rolls up to 85 kg and a standard spreading height of 220 mm.

T5 is intended specifically for cutting rooms processing tubular knit fabrics, which require a different spreading method from conventional open-width knitted or woven fabrics.
