Description

T5 is a spreading machine designed specifically for cotton tubular knit fabrics used in T-shirts, underwear, sportswear and other garments produced from tubular material.

Unlike open-width fabric, tubular knit fabric remains in a continuous tube structure. During spreading, the material needs to be handled without introducing excessive twisting or uneven tension before the lay moves to cutting. T5 is designed to keep tubular fabric opened, aligned and layered while allowing the spreading tension to be adjusted according to the material.

The machine uses zigzag face-to-face spreading and is available in two sizes. T5-100 handles tubular fabric widths from approximately 330 to 1000 mm, while T5-120 extends the maximum width to 1200 mm. Both models support fabric rolls up to 85 kg and a standard lay height of 220 mm.

T5 is intended for factories processing tubular knits rather than conventional open-width woven or knit fabrics, giving the cutting room a dedicated spreading setup for this material structure.
