Description
K5 is a fabric spreading machine for knit and woven fabrics, designed for regular cutting-room production where stable feeding, accurate edge alignment and consistent fabric tension are required. It supports open-width and roll-fed fabric and can perform one-way, face-to-face and multiple-length spreading.
The machine handles fabric rolls up to 60 kg and is available for maximum fabric widths of 1900 mm or 2100 mm. Automatic edge alignment and adjustable tension control help maintain consistent spreading across different fabric types while reducing manual adjustment during production.
For factories planning to introduce production monitoring later, K5 can be upgraded to the SPro system with limited modification, adding IoT connectivity and real-time production data without replacing the complete spreading machine.
