Description

OB-700A / 900A / 1200A is an air-float band knife cutting machine for fabric, leather, foam and composite materials. It is particularly suited to small pieces, irregular shapes and cutting operations that require frequent turning of the material around the blade.

The air-float worktable reduces contact friction between the material and table surface, making flexible materials and larger pieces easier to move during detailed cutting. A continuous loop blade provides the cutting action, while the built-in sharpening system keeps the knife prepared for repeated production use. Cutting speed can also be adjusted according to the material.

The three models mainly differ in working space and cutting capacity. OB-700A has a 700 mm arm length and a 1200 × 1500 mm table for smaller cutting work. OB-900A increases the arm length to 900 mm and provides a larger 1500 × 1800 mm worktable. OB-1200A offers a 1200 mm arm length, a 1500 × 2400 mm table and up to 200 mm cutting capacity for larger pieces and higher lays.

The appropriate model can therefore be selected according to the size of the cut parts, material type and the amount of working space required around the blade.
