Description

The OP-600SP / OP-900SP Continuous Fusing Machine is designed for continuously bonding interlining to shirt collars, cuffs, plackets and other garment parts. It is particularly suited to high-quality shirt production where stable fusing conditions and consistent processing are required.

The machine uses a PTFE seamless fusing belt together with a motorized forced belt correction system and an automatic belt correction device to help maintain stable belt tracking during continuous operation.

A two-stage pneumatic pressure system provides a maximum pressure of up to 5 kg. Pressure is applied in stages during the fusing process to maintain more consistent contact between the fabric and interlining during heating and pressing.

The heating section uses an independent three-zone heating system with 12 heating tubes, allowing the temperature to be adjusted according to different fabrics, interlinings and production conditions. A built-in monitoring system allows operators to monitor heating, pressure and machine abnormalities during operation.

After fusing, the exhaust cooling system helps cool and set the processed garment parts before collection or the next production stage.
