Description

OP-10A5 / OP-105AC is designed for high-volume garment heat transfer production. The five-station rotary structure allows label feeding, pressing, cooling, peeling, and collecting to run continuously, making it suitable for thick transfer printing, batch label pressing, and large production orders.

Optional Functions

Option Description
Transfer Label Vision Inspection Adds an industrial camera to check whether the transfer label is placed correctly, including front/back reversal and 90° / 180° orientation errors. Includes an industrial PC for machine and camera settings and display.
Production Data Collection Adds temperature and pressure meters with RS-485 communication. The system records pressing time, temperature, and pressure for each piece, and exports XLSX reports via USB.
3D Label Film Peeling Device Designed for 3D labels with an adhesive protective film on the surface. It helps support the film peeling process.
Fabric Piece Clamping and Positioning Device Holds the fabric piece in place during transfer positioning.
