Description

OP-251 is a single-colour pad printing machine for small markings, identification and repeated graphic printing on garment parts and other production components. Pad printing is useful when the printing area is relatively small or when the part is not suitable for a large flat printing process.

The machine includes a heating fan to assist plate drying, an automatic plate-cleaning system and microcomputer control for setting printing delays. Built-in work lighting allows the operator to check the printing area during production.

Standard printing output is approximately 15–20 pieces per minute. When a repeated double-printing process is required, output is approximately 7.5–10 pieces per minute. OP-251 is therefore intended for repeated single-colour marking applications rather than large-area garment printing.
