Description
WLS-302 is designed for wash care label bonding in garment production. It integrates label feeding, cutting, alignment, and ultrasonic bonding in one workflow.
The machine sends labels to an automatic lifting tray for easier pickup and supports adjustable label quantity based on production requirements. Its ultrasonic bonding function allows different bonding point patterns, while hot and cold cutting modes can be selected according to label material.
The machine is equipped with missing-label detection, automatic pause, touchscreen control, multilingual operation, and remote connection support.
