Description
OP-900NS / 1000NS / 1200NS / 1600NS is designed for continuous interlining fusing of soft, stretch, and tension-sensitive fabrics. The machine uses a seamless Teflon fusing belt with motor-driven correction and independent pneumatic pressure. The heating system uses three-zone control with 12 heating tubes for production adjustment. OP-900NS / 1000NS / 1200NS standard configuration includes seamless belt, motor-driven correction, upper rotary separation, and lower scraper. OP-1600NS standard configuration includes seamless belt, motor-driven correction, and upper and lower rotary fabric separation. Optional configurations include upper separator with lower scraper, dual scraper, lower scraper with upper separator, extended conveyor, and delivery / collecting rack.
