Description
The OP-900NS / 1000NS / 1200NS / 1600NS Series is a large continuous fusing machine designed for fabric and interlining bonding in garment and textile production. It is particularly suitable for soft, stretch and tension-sensitive materials that require controlled handling during the fusing process.
The machine uses an independent pneumatic pressure system with pressure up to 5 kg. An independent three-zone heating system with a total of 12 heating tubes provides controlled heating across the fusing area, allowing processing conditions to be adjusted according to the fabric, interlining and adhesive requirements.
A PTFE seamless fusing belt, motorized forced correction and automatic belt correction system help maintain stable belt tracking during continuous operation. The built-in monitoring system monitors heating, pressure and machine abnormalities, providing additional operating reference during production.
After fusing, the exhaust cooling system helps cool and set the processed garment parts before downstream handling. Different machine sizes and separator or scraper configurations are available to accommodate different material widths, fabric characteristics and production requirements.
