Description
OP-1000NE / OP-1200NE is designed for continuous interlining fusing in demanding garment production. The standard configuration includes seamless belt, motor-driven correction, and upper and lower rotary fabric separation. The oversized pneumatic cylinder lever pressure system provides up to 5 kg of pressure, while the extended preheating zone prepares fabric and interlining before fusing. Optional configurations include upper separator with lower scraper, dual scraper, lower scraper with upper separator, extended conveyor belt, and delivery / collecting rack.
