Description

SLS-190 is an automatic labeling system used around fabric spreading and cutting preparation. It applies identification labels to the material during the production workflow, reducing the need to stop and label individual positions manually after spreading.

The system uses 40 × 20 mm labels and can be integrated into a cutting-room workflow where fabric layers or cut-part positions need to remain identifiable before cutting and downstream handling.

Automatic labeling is particularly useful when a lay contains multiple sizes, styles or production references that need to remain identifiable as the material moves through the cutting room. The system reduces a separate manual labeling step while keeping identification information closer to the material during production.
