Description
ON-30 is a handheld needle detector for small-area garment inspection, spot checks and locating ferrous metal after a conveyor needle detector identifies a contaminated product. For thin items, small pieces, garment accessories, or products that cannot easily return to a conveyor line, a handheld detector can serve as a supplemental inspection tool. In garment factories, ON-30 is usually used to support continuous needle detection rather than replace it. When a conveyor needle detector finds a metal object, ON-30 can help locate the metal position for further checking. The alarm mode can be selected according to the inspection environment. Vibration can be used in noisier areas, while sound or light alerts can be used in quieter environments.
