Cut-Piece QC Table with Projector PDP-2000

The OSHIMA PDP-2000 is a cut-piece QC table with digital pattern projection, designed to check whether cut fabric pieces match the required size and shape.

Instead of preparing a physical template for each pattern piece, the correct digital pattern is loaded on the connected Windows-based computer and projected directly onto the inspection table. The operator places the actual cut piece over the projected outline and aligns it with the reference pattern.

The comparison is straightforward. When the fabric edge follows the projected outline, the cut piece corresponds to the reference pattern. If the fabric extends beyond the line, falls inside it, or does not align correctly along one side or corner, the operator can quickly identify a possible difference in size, shape or cutting accuracy.

This method is particularly useful when multiple styles, sizes and pattern pieces need to be checked. Operators can change the reference pattern digitally without preparing, storing and retrieving separate cardboard templates for different cut pieces.

PDP-2000 combines a dedicated QC worktable, Windows-based computer and Full HD laser projection system. The projector provides 4,100 lumens of brightness and a light-source life of up to 20,000 hours, providing a clear digital reference for day-to-day cut-piece inspection in the cutting room.
