Description：

This horizontal internal combustion three-pass wet-back boiler features a fully corrugated furnace, increasing heat transfer area and improving combustion stability. The wet-back structure minimizes heat loss and enhances durability during continuous operation. Equipped with helical rib smoke tubes, the system improves heat exchange efficiency, achieving a thermal efficiency of ≥92%. The advanced structural design, including full flange butt welding and the “expand then weld” process, reduces thermal stress and helps prevent corrosion, extending service life. Built for practical industrial use, the WNS boiler supports automatic control, stable steam output, and flexible dual-fuel operation.
