The OP-118-01S is an upgraded version of the OP-114 that has folding and ironing capabilities without the need for additional adhesive machines. This machine is specifically designed to make lingerie bands. Straight-line edging, folding for athletic shirts, edging/folding for seamless pants, swimwear, and cycle gear, as well as edging for windbreakers and outdoor clothes, are its principal applications. The OP-118-01S is capable of bonding elastics and stretch yarns on both sides. The machine has four heating systems that ensure uniform heat distribution and optimal adhesive performance. The pressure and speed of the upper and lower belts can be modified, and up to 10 operational parameters can be saved. Its 5.7-inch touchscreen interface improves use and convenience.
