Applicability of These Terms of Use

Termination of Use and Indemnification

If you violate these Terms, your permission to use the Site and/or its Content will be terminated instantly and without notice. OSHIMA Taiwan will not be accountable for such termination. General Terms

These Terms constitute the whole agreement between you and OSHIMA Taiwan, governing your use of the Website and/or the Content. The laws of the Republic of China govern these Terms and your connection with OSHIMA Taiwan. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the court should make every effort to give effect to the parties' intentions as indicated in that paragraph, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. In the event of a breach of these rules and regulations, OSHIMA TAIWAN has the right to pursue legal and equitable remedies for such violations.
