The OP-115CS/CSN Seamless Garment Gluing/Laminating Machine is designed for fusing outdoor wear and activewear such as cycling jackets, swimwear, and sportswear. It uses ultrasonic welding to weld two pieces of fabric in the welding position with the sticking machine. The machine employs an upper and lower heating system that ensures the heat is evenly distributed for the best fusing results. It also comes with two fans, one up and one down, both of which have independent air volume controls. The pressure of the belts can be adjusted and monitored through a digital display, and the speed of the upper and lower belts can be independently adjusted, with a built-in memory function to store up to 10 sets of parameters.
